Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges & Order Cancellations

All of our items are custom and made to order, so please keep that in mind when ordering. We accept returns and exchanges. In the event that you'd like to exchange your item due to wrong sizing, please contact us at support@sisterlygifts.com soon as possible (limit is 14 days after item is delivered) with your email address provided. We will reply with a return address to ship the item to for returns or exchanges.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of item (shipping of new item will be free). We will process your refund or send your exchange out ASAP after receiving a valid tracking number.

Refund/Exchanges for Defective Items

We stand by our products and offer a 14 day window for damaged or defective items. We would be happy to replace those items and just need a photo to verify the defect/damage. Please contact us at support@sisterlygifts.com and we will be happy to help you!
