Because all of our items are custom and made to order, our policy is exchange only. In the event that you'd like to exchange your item for any reason, please contact us at support@sisterlygifts.com as soon as possible (limit is 14 days after item is delivered).
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the item (shipping of new item is free). We will send your exchange out ASAP after receiving the return package or a tracking number.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
