All our items are made to order! Therefore, production will begin as soon as you place your order. We are unable to process cancellations 3 hours after your order is placed. Please be sure your delivery address and sizing selections (check the sizing videos for apparel) are correct prior to check out.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because all of our items are custom and made to order, our policy is exchange only. In the event that you'd like to exchange your item for any reason, please contact us at support@sisterlygifts.com as soon as possible (limit is 14 days after item is delivered).

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the item (shipping of new item is free). We will send your exchange out ASAP after receiving the return package or a tracking number.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We stand by our products. We would be happy to replace those items and just need a photo to verify the defect/damage. Please contact us at support@sisterlygifts.com and we will be happy to help you!
